3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be formally requested via email or written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the terms of the individual agreement signed at the time of booking. Booking fees may be non-refundable.

4. Documentation and Verification

Clients are required to provide valid identification and relevant financial documents during the booking and agreement process. Bala Promoters is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

5. Liability

Bala Promoters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from project delays, force majeure events, or third-party actions, except where explicitly stated by law or contractual agreement.
